Flights & car hire
Most of the cheap flight airlines come into Valencia airport from a variety of UK
airfields. Ryanair, Easyjet, Thomsonfly all come to mind as offering good
straightforward deals to get here. However do not ignore British Airways or the
Spanish carrier Iberia because they also offer some good prices depending on the
time of year. The earlier you book then the more likely you are to get a bargain
flight, it's usually cheaper to fly midweek but it does not always follow, take
the time to look around and see what's being offered for the time you want to
travel, sites to look at are:

Or of course you can use a search engine using the words 'cheap flights' on your
computer and come up with dozens of other offers.
Car Hire is very easy here, you just need to have the two parts of your driving
license with you when you arrive, we recommend Victoria Car Hire whom have reasonable
prices and are quite efficient. There are many others you could use but be wary of those
that will allocate a car with another company on arrival. During busy times you could
find they do not have any cars available.
